Minimum StayFantastic Home for my Birthday Celebration
This home is perfect for large groups. I had 12 of my girlfriends out to celebrate my 40th Birthday for the weekend. There was plenty of space for all of us. I loved the open living room and there was plenty of seating indoors and outdoors by the pool. We cooked our meals so it was nice to have an open kitchen to work in. The house was equipt with rollaway beds and lots of pool and shower towels. The backyard is spacious with a fire pit. A large awning with shade, and movable umbrellas for additional shade, along with lots of lounge chairs... though we spent most of our time in the pool. Marina is extremely sweet, attentive and easy to deal with. She is a pleasure. This place is reasonable for large groups and the backyard is breathtaking.

I booked this house for a bachelorette party with a bunch of friends (10) flying in from all over. It was gorgeous with ample room. The pool area was incredible! We loved it!

Everything we were hoping it would be and more
What a wonderful home! We stayed here to celebrate my parent's 40th anniversary. We were 8 adults and 3 kids under 5. Every picture that Marina posted is accurate if not understating the beauty of the home because, short of a virtual tour, it would be hard to capture (and for perspective I certainly can't say that about some of the other VRBOs I have stayed in). The bedrooms are well furnished and each bedroom having their own bathroom makes all the difference. She has gorgeous art and furniture (we asked that a few of the more beautiful/delicate pieces be removed for safe keeping due to kiddos - no problem, she did it immediately). The kitchen/dining/family room is large and open which is perfect when you have a group as large as ours (and with kids). The perfectly manicured lawn in the pictures is actually that nice (bonus when the sprinklers would go on and the kids would run through). The bougainvillea provided a shady terrace with a beautiful pop of color. The pool and tub were great and we had pre-breakfast pickle ball matches every day. One of the really nice features is the very tall hedges (as in 15 feet? 20 feet?) that surround the backyard. It provides an incredible amount of privacy and we never even thought about the neighbors during our stay. We had a private chef prepare brunch one morning and other than that we mostly used the gas grill outside and prepped things in the kitchen (which is also beautiful). If you run out of anything there is a grocery store that is a 2 minute drive away. No car? No problem - the first of us to arrive didn't have a car and we were able to get an Uber with only a couple minutes wait to make one of those "forgot to put this and that on the list" runs. Most important was the care and effort that Marina put into making sure that my parent's 40th anniversary was perfect. From booking, to updates, to speaking with different members of my family as we were each planning a special portion of the weekend, to personally welcoming us and making sure that we had what we needed, Marina truly wanted to make sure our family had nothing to worry about so we could focus on celebrating my parents. I look forward to my next visit to Palm Springs and cross my fingers that I will be lucky enough to stay here again.

Stunning, meticulously cared for property
This house is gorgeous! It was the perfect house for my sister's bachelorette party! The entrance makes a statement and we loved it! The inside of the home is so spacious that all 10 of us girls could get ready at the same time and not bother each other. Everyone also had a beautiful and comfortable bed to sleep in. The kitchen is stocked with any supplies you might need to make any meal you can think of. We had a private chef come cook for us and it was wonderful. The kitchen is separated from the dining room so we were out of his way and in our own space. The backyard is the show stopper though. The swimming pool and hot tub are stunning. The fire pit sits in front of a stunning wall of bougainvillea and was our go to spot for our before dinner cocktails. There is an outdoor eating area we used every morning for breakfast. There is a BBQ area and a tennis court that we didn't use but plan to use next time :) We did however use the lawn space for a yoga class and it was so lovely! Working with the owner, Marina, was extremely pleasant and easy. We had one mishap when the pool heater turned off, but the house expert/contractor Ivan drove two hours from San Diego to resolve the problem for us. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation. It is so easy to have a good and relaxing time here. We can't wait to return! Thank you Marina! -Lisa

First impressions are important, and we know you will fall in love when you drive into the long circular driveway surrounded by Palm trees and exquisite desert landscaping. On each side of this half acre property, are unique artist designed gates; on one side leading to an optional RV parking, on the other a citrus grove. As you walk through the beautiful wrought iron double entry doors, you will be dazzled by the high ceilings and HUGE open living area.
The kitchen is state of the art, with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinets and everything you need for large family dinners or cozy romantic celebrations. The living room is equipped with a 75 inch HD LCD TV with DISH satellite. Wireless internet and free landline telephone to U.S. and Canadian numbers included. There are several cozy seating areas designed with comfort in mind. The bright, breakfast nook seats six with another four seats at the counter. There is a formal dining room that overlooks the pool and yard and comfortably seats ten for dinner.
The master bedroom is very large and luxurious. From the gorgeous Eastern King bed you can view your 52" Sony Bravia LCD TV, you can watch the cozy fire on the two-sided fireplace creating atmosphere in the bedroom as well as in the spa bathtub. If you prefer to shower, you will absolutely luxuriate in the steam shower where you can steam away stress, sinus congestion or muscle aches and feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Three other large and well appointed bedrooms each with their own baths and large closets; two with King size beds and one with a queen. There is a den with a day bed that provides two twin beds as well.
The backyard is designed for enjoyment and outdoor living. A large pool with Jacuzzi enhanced by a spacious stone deck where you can read or soak up the sun is just a small part of this huge backyard. Jacaranda trees give shade to the paddle tennis court, next to the lovely covered patio framed by Roman columns entwined with bougainvilleas, The large glass and wrought iron table and chairs seats six for outdoor dining, another set nearby seats four under a beautifully lit wrought iron gazebo encirlcled with star jasmine and flowering vines next to a peach tree and near the outdoor barbeque. After dinner, enjoy sitting around the fire pit while sipping a glass of wine and relaxing with a late night swim or Jacuzzi before bed.
This is a perfect home for four couples, family reunions, or anyone who would love to enjoy this lovely 3500 square foot home with tasteful furnishings and everything you need for the perfect desert experience. If you would like more pictures, email owner.
We have decorated this home as a beautiful escape from the mundane, everything was done with enjoyment in mind, therefor we must ask our guests to respect our few rules. ****NO PETS,**** we love them too, but even your sweetheart has an odor and after too many pets a home begins to smell. We have been generous with check in and check out, if you are coming early or staying late, there is an extra charge. ABSOLUTELY no smoking in the home, I have an ashtry outside, you are free to smoke outside. We DON'T discount our home to anyone looking to book last minute, that is not fair to the guests who were kind enough to book ahead. And finally, if a visit to the home finds there are more people than the agreed upon number, an extra charge, forfeiture of deposit, or immediate eviction can be imposed by owner.
