18 Palms is designed to be a great vacation destination for the whole family. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and decorated for a relaxing and inviting stay. The open concept living space is designed to bring the whole family together to enjoy a first class vacation experience.
The property is designed for privacy and comfort with a private walled in yard with 18 Palm trees and fruit trees and a landscaped pool and outdoor living room that will make you fall in love with Palm Springs and never want to leave 18 Palms.
With a movie/game room for those that want to watch a movie or kids that want to play X Box we have a dedicated space for you and the kids.
The two 60 inch flat screen smart TV's one in main living room and one in its own TV room give options for the whole family. Kids can 'game' all they want or the whole family can watch movies in the living room.
The open concept rooms open right out to the outdoor living room with its own dining and outdoor kitchen facing the fresh mountain views and salt water pool with flowing fountains.
Our concierge level of service will welcome you home, answer any questions about the house or Palm Springs and even pick you up with our optional Cadillac airport service, just ask. Don't want to go grocery shopping we can do it for you and have your favorites all stocked and ready for you, just ask about our concierge service. From the moment you arrive until you depart our concierge team can help arrainge anything from a private chef, a catered pool BBQ or even a guest appearance from a world renouned Palm Springs Drag Queen.
