- We live in a Gated community with neighborhood watch program that will report any loud noises or suspicious behavior. No loud parties, excessive alcohol use, smoking inside, pets or damage to anything on our property please.
- Pool is not fenced in so we cannot be liable for any accidents in general, including any related to the pool area.
- Trampoline in back yard available, but we will not be liable for any accident or injury in relation to anything happening on our property, inlcuding the pool area or trampoline. Indulge at your own risk.
No Glass near the pool area as it can cause permanent damage.
You must report even the least of damages immediately via text or phone call to our contact #.
This is our permanent home year round so we have some personal items that we ask that you respect and do not handle.
We will have the same respect for you and your items and return to you anything left behind.
