You enter a totally private courtyard that contains a swimming pool and a spa that cascades into the pool. It also features a 3 tier water fountain. You enter the house into the pool table room. There is an 8’ pool table and a love seat with 2 chairs. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a built in 36’ refrigerator, stove top with oven below, microwave confection over above, and a stainless steel dishwasher. There is a stainless steel sink and granite counter tops including a 4 barstool raised bar area. The large dinning room has a table and 6 chairs, but will easily seat 10 people. The family room features a 60’ flat screen, blue ray player, CD player with speakers in this room, the pool table room, the front courtyard, and the rear patio. There is a love seat, couch, and two swivel rockers that face the TV and wood burning fireplace. There is a large laundry room with a washer and dryer and tons of storage for all of the kitchen appliances any one could want, including a blender, large and small food processors, mixers and bowls, and much more. There is also a large pantry in this room as it is just off of the kitchen coming in from the garage. The door from the garage enters into this room and has the controls for the alarm system.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed that faces the gas burning fireplace with a 42” flat screen TV built in above. The bed also looks out down the fairway of the 15th hole with the mountains behind. There is 10’ of closet that has 8’ of double pole hanging and 2’ of single pole for longer garments. The master bathroom features doubles sinks set into a marble counter top, a large double shower, and a large free standing bathtub for long soaks. The toilet is set behind the door next to the large vanity.
The middle bedroom has a queen size bed and two night stands and a 5’ closet area. The front bedroom features a kingsize bed with night stands, a dresser with a 32” flat screen and blue ray player, and a newly redone closet with double and single closet poles, The second bedroom has a 16” tub and shower combination, a single sink vanity, and toilet.
The large covered rear patio has a patio table and 12 chairs. It looks out onto the fairway and has a fan light above the table. There is a BBQ that has a side burner so you can cook the entire meal outside if you desire. There is a small fountain against the house, a flag pool with several flags to choose from.
This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and only people that can respect this would need to apply.
