We travel with a basketball team and have stayed in many homes. This home is by far the nicest, cleanest, and best home we have stayed in. It truly is nicer than the pictures portray it. The owners are wonderful to work with, and the take great pride in this home! I would strongly recommend this home to anyone. I truly could not say enough good about this home.

Disneyland Vacation!
Great location and beautiful views! Our family loved the swimming pool and large patio. The house is very spacious and accommodating for our family of 10!

Absolutely amazing property

Dream Wedding Venue
We fell in love with the yard searching for a location for our wedding. Cornelia and David went over and above to make the house and yard perfect for our special day, new umbrellas, every pane of glass was clean, pool was spectacular. Soft comfortable linens, great beds, even the roses out front were in bloom. Every guest was blown away by the beauty and serenely of the property. We had 68 guests comfortably for the ceremony and then a wonderful sit down dinner around the pool with live music on a perfect summer evening. Plenty of space for guests on the upstairs patio to have appetizers, cocktails and enjoy the music and spectacular views as the lower yard was set up for dinner. We stayed 10 days to enjoy the property as a family vacation as our honeymoon will be a bit later. Sat on the upper patio each night enjoying some wine, watching fireworks and the city lights over the majestic pool, you can't go wrong with this gem.

Exclusive, beautiful villa located in one of the most prestigious communities in Yorba Linda. Panoramic view of city lights and surrounding hills. Large (40,000 gallons) Infinity Pool, Jacuzzi, Two fire pits, bar area in back yard. Great for entertaining!
With 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms plus numerous upgrades, this home has over 4300 SqFt of outstanding luxury. Large screen TV in theater room. A large gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops, high-end cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A wine chiller and coffee grinder face a glass table in the kitchen. Glass doors over look a 180 degree view of the city and surrounding hills.
Italian Marble flooring and exclusive artwork throughout. A gas fireplace in an expansive living room adjoins to a formal dining room. The main floor features a bedroom suite with a Marble bathroom.
Upstairs you will find a master bedroom suite with two walk in closets, flat screen TV, large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Two other spacious bedrooms each with large closets and full bathrooms. An additional room is available that can be used as a bedroom or an office.
This property is just a couple miles away from the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and golf course, 10 minutes from Disneyland (see the fireworks from the backyard every night !), 20 minutes from Newport Beach and very close to shops and entertainment.
