Amazing Experience!
I rented the house for my birthday weekend with friends and family. There were 14 adults and one dog, and still plenty of room for us all! The house is very spacious: the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, rec room, and garage. The rec room is so much fun, there is a poker table, ping-pong table, tv, and lots of board games to choose from.We definitely had ping-pong tournaments going on. Our favorite part of the house had to be the beautiful enormous window in the living room; beautiful scenery of the mountains and trees. In addition, Kevin was a great host! He would respond within 24hrs and is very approachable for questions. His house instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Safe to say we all fell in love with this house, everyone enjoyed their stay, and we can't wait to come back in the future!

Great home in ideal location
Our group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids) spent 3 wonderful days and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful inside and out and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck where we could listen to the waterfall and grill out. There is plenty of room inside for everyone to spread out when needed or come together in the huge great room/kitchen/dining area. Kids loved playing ping pong and all the board games provided in the downstairs rec room. The house is ideally located a short drive between Truckee and Tahoe City and the village in Squaw Valley is only 5 minutes away. It was also great to have access to the empty 2 car garage with remote. Kevin the owner was very helpful and responsive and made sure our stay went well.

Wonderful Architect designed home majestically located in a private mountain setting adjacent to National Forest with no other homes in sight. The main living level has a huge great room with a 26 foot high cathedral ceiling, large stone fireplace, contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 6-burner Thermador range, granite counters, and an awesome view of Sawtooth Ridge. There is also a south facing deck with waterfall. The master bedroom wing has a large bedroom and bathroom with double sink, soaking tub and shower. There is also a laundry room and small room with a twin bed on this wing. Upstairs off the loft are a bathroom and three bedrooms (two queens and one full). Enjoy the huge recreation room downstairs, with TV/VCR, L-shaped sofa, ping-pong table, poker table, full bath, futon and bunk bed alcove.
