The new owners have made this a classy and comfortably furnished condo with rich earth tones and tropical beach theme decor, so that you'll feel right at home as soon as you walk in the front door.
Relax to the sounds of ocean surf from every room. Just a few short steps to the beach. Enjoy stunning sunsets from your balcony with balcony chairs and tiled bar shelf close to the ocean front. This condo features tile flooring and carpeting, custom stone counter tops and all new furnishings. The living room has a gas fireplace, queen-size sofa sleeper, 47 inch flat screen cable TV/DVD and wireless hi-speed internet access. The bedroom has harbor & ocean views, a new king mattress and flat screen cable TV.
There is also a twin Aerobed available upon request.
Tropical Shores comes fully furnished with a functional kitchen, towels, bed linens, double sets of pillows and a variety of blankets for your comfort. To ensure your beach vacation fun in the sun we provide beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach bucket with toys, beach umbrella and cooler, along with a small balcony propane grill.
