Sunset Cottage is as lovely as the name. It can be rented as a furnished apartment, 1 bedroom 1 bath for up to 4 people or you can add the darling studio Cottage Tea Room with it and add another bedroom and bathroom for a fee to sleep 6. With unobstructed views of the beach and pier, you can enjoy the ocean from virtually every room. It's decorated in a darling cottage style with many sweet vintage pieces and beckons you to come for a time of rest and relaxation. Over 2000 square feet to spread out, the sound of the waves non stop, coffee on the deck or a stroll to Ruby's at the end of the pier for a shake, are just several of the wonderful things to enjoy. This is the most luxurious and premier of all the suites here at Sandy Beach Cottage Inn. Located on the top floor of our 3 story building with a full view from every angle. If you like to wake up in the morning to an ocean view or rest in the evening with a cup of tea or coffee while you watch the sunset from an unobstructed view in your living room or private deck, then the Sunset Suite is for you. The living room is approximately 600 square feet with two full sofa's, a chase lounge, TV/Cable/VCR, soft lighting for the evenings, dinette table that seats 6, and lots of room to spread out. One queen size bedroom 1 bath or for a fee make it a 2 bedroom 2 bath by adding Cottage Tea Room our studio that can be attached. Plantation shutters in the studio and master bedroom, dinning room, and dining table in the large great room if you prefer as well as a full kitchen. (additional charge for the studio will apply) There is also a beach level private bath/shower and laundry facilities plus storage for water toys such as surf boards skim boards and towels.

Please read and initial the following building rules: _____ UNREGISTERED GUESTS are not allowed in the building at any time, our building and our amenities like the beach level bathroom and hose are for our guests only, not for guests of our guests. There will be a fee of $100 per person per day fee for unauthorized guests._____ PARKING is in our driveway. _____ CHECK IN TIME is at 4pm CHECK OUT time is by11am PST. NO late check out. Should this be violated, a fee of $75 will be deducted from deposit. _____ NO SMOKING, this is a non smoking building, not on balcony either. Please, if you smoke, do so out on the beach walk. Should this be violated, a fee of $300 will be deducted from deposit in order to properly clean and disinfect the unit._____ NO LOUD MUSIC or noise, and no parties unless prior arrangements have been made._____ PETS are not permitted in the building/units under any conditions. Should this be violated, a fee of $100 per day will be deducted from deposit. _____ PAYMENT – Will be processed through the site you are booking through, unless other arrangements have been made. If you are paying us directly, full payment is due at least 10 days before arrival. Please make payments in the form of credit card, traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Exodus Holding, LLC. _____ Bounced checks - There is a $50.00 fee for bounced checks plus the bank fee._____ CANCELLATIONS – Please review the cancellation policy on the site you have booked your reservation though. Reservations booked through us directly: A fifteen (15) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fifteen (15) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 15 days of the arrival date, may forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit._____ HOLIDAY rental rates are subject to peak season rates. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate._____ INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate._____ NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. We provide limited beach towels, at least 1 per person._____ Please bring paper towels and toilet paper. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath room._____ RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. Upon receipt of deposit, rates are confirmed._____ FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in._____ WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. Any violation will constitute loss of full deposit amount._____ DO NOT EAT food on the furniture other than the dining room furnishings or on the deck. This helps to protect the furnishings and carpets from stains. No linens are lost or damaged. Any damage done will be calculated by owner, for time and materials, and deducted from deposit._____ ALL DEBRIS, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and dishes are to be cleaned and put away. Should this be violated, a fee of $25 per incident will be deducted from deposit. _____ RINSE OFF and dry off downstairs before re-entering the building, to keep sand out of the apartments. Use the bathroom or hose by the trash cans. Leave all wet clothing over the fence or in the laundry room; please do not bring them upstairs. This helps to keep the sand out of the building and out of our plumbing. If there is an excess of sand in the unit, a fee of $25 per room will be deducted from deposit. _____ LEAVE all beach items (towels, wet-suits, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys in the laundry room neatly._____ LOCK the building entry doors at all times. Please keep the gates closed and latched at all times. Should this be violated, a fee of $25 per incident will be deducted from deposit. This is for the safety and comfort of everyone in the building. PLEASE TAKE THE GARBAGE OUT THURSDAY FOR OUR FRIDAY PICK UP. The trash can to fill first is A, then B, then C, D E F and so on.
