The kitchen and baths feature granite counter tops and showers, new sinks, toilets, & brushed nickel faucets and fixtures. The traditional entryway wall has been removed, so there is lots of room to work and move around in the kitchen. Recent upgrades include new crown molding and recessed lighting throughout the condo, new kitchen and bath cabinetry, new kitchen island, and living room ceiling fan.
The master suite has a new top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic Cal King bed, whitewater ocean views, new contemporary furnishings, and a 39 inch flat screen cable TV. The second bedroom has lovely garden views and two new Serta high quality beds: One queen and one twin. This bedroom features custom built-in cabinetry and a 32 inch flat screen cable TV. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen cable TV, stereo/CD player, DVD player, full harbor and ocean views, queen sofa sleeper, plus HI-SPEED wireless internet access.
Enjoy spectacular sunsets as you BBQ and dine on the large, private outdoor deck, overlooking the harbor, lagoon, and ocean. Fully functional kitchen, linens, towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, cooler and umbrella are provided for your use. This is a great ground level corner cottage, with a large lawn area next to the condo, ideal for couples and families with children of all ages. Stroller and pack-n-play available.
