This location is absolutely amazing! You can hear and see the ocean from the unit. Tammy was wonderful and helped make the unit as accessible as possible for my wheelchair bound husband. I would highly recommend this spot to everyone.

Just spent 2 nights at Tammy's Place after a week of Disney, Universal and LEGOLAND and the down time relaxation was great. You can see the pier from the property within easy walking distance. Everything on the airbnb site is accurate and info is detailed. Great, easy communication with Tammy and directions were good. The unit is well stocked with all of your outdoor activities in mind as well as cooking utensils, dishes, spices, etc... even extra PT. Plenty of towels also. For those of you not liking to walk on tile, bring some slippers or sufficient inside footwear to not track the sand in. This is older but a well maintained property. We will recommend to anyone traveling the area.

Tammy was super accommodating and made sure we had what we needed. The house was right across the street from the beach-which the kids loved. You can't beat the location. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our 3 bedroom is a 1st floor apt., 3rd building in from the beach, 925 sq. ft. Ocean view from kitchen/living area. Play at the beach and sleep to the sound of the surf. Stroll along the Strand to the pier, shopping & restaurants. Ocean view patio with bbq. The first & third bedrooms both have queen beds. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and is an interior room that passes through to the 3rd bedroom. Both queen bedrooms have slider door access to the patio. Equipped with whole house fan.
The best thing about our place is the location - right at the beach! It couldn't be easier to enjoy the beach. We are south of the pier on the Strand which is a one way road that runs between our property and the beach. The Strand is bordered by pedestrian walk-ways on either side. This is a first floor 925 sq. ft. apartment located under the patio cover of the back building. It's a simple set up. Open kitchen, living area with slider doors to the patio. 2 queen bedrooms each with slider doors to the patio. A pass through internal bedroom has 2 twin beds and provides access to the 2nd queen bedroom. The unit is equipped with a Quiet Cool whole house fan. Enjoy awesome sunsets, strolling along the Strand to the pier, and downtown restaurants and shops.
Enjoy complimentary use of our BBQ, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. We have an outdoor shower for rinsing off from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, all cooking utensils. Enjoy our large propane BBQ and ocean view dining at our family size picnic table. Laundry facility with coin operated machines on-site. Assigned Parking. Bicycle Rentals available at the pier.
Conveniently located for visits to the San Diego Zoo/Safari Park, Sea World, Legoland, Disneyland, Carlsbad outlet mall.

We are walking distance to a great farmers market Thursday mornings and a very fun sunset market Thursday evenings. There are all sorts of vendors, music and great food. The Oceanside harbor and downtown Oceanside are walking distance to lots of restaurants.
We are walking distance to the train. Enjoy a trip to Old Town, San Diego, Del Mar. Convenient to Legoland (15 minutes), San Diego Zoo , Safari Park, Sea World (40 minutes). Easy drive to Disneyland.
