We had such a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location and the space was large enough to accommodate my husband and I as well as our (2) pups. I really liked the kitchen since we enjoy cooking. Communication was ideal! Everyone on the property was very friendly! Amazing view of the ocean. Highly Recommend!

Tammy's place was so incredible.
Tammy's place was so incredible. The location absolutely can't be beat and the home is perfectly laid out. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and easy to use. The kitchen is stocked perfectly for a short or long stay. The bed was really comfortable and the windows are great for making you feel like you are sitting right on the beach at all times. Tammy is great to communicate with and her facilities manager, Dave, is such a huge help. He has created such amazing succulent gardens around the property, it feels like you are in a museum. I would recommend this highly for any time of stay you are considering in Oceanside. It is such a dream place.

It has the premier location
No pictures or comment can give this little house justice. It has the premier location literally feet from the Pacific. Parking included, steps from the Oceanside Pier. We awoke to softly crashing waves each morning and drank wine on the patio at sunset. We have already planned a return trip to yellow house on the beach.

She provided great instructions
Our experience renting from Tammy was fantastic. She provided great instructions and flawless check-in/check-out that helped keep the stress low after a long day. The place we stayed was clean and exactly what we expected from the photos. The bed was comfortable and it was wonderful at night listening to the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep. Given our great experience with Tammy, I would proactively look for her properties next time as I trust her listings and her ability to anticipate what people need to make it a pleasant vacation.

On the Strand with an AMAZING ocean view & beautiful sounds of the surf - 20 feet to the beach, walking distance to the pier, harbor, shops & restaurants. It's the right half of the front building closest to the water.
Clean, comfy & completely updated. New kitchen & bath.
You'll love sleeping & waking to the the sound of the surf, enjoying great sunsets, & relaxing walks.
