We had the best time and are so grateful for the beautiful beach house.. it was so nice inside and out , steps away from beach , and walking distance from many restaurants nearby . We highly recommend staying here . The place was absolutely perfect!

Spacious, and comfortable home away from home!
My wife and I and our two children along with their Grandparents stayed in this wonderful 2 bedroom home. It was very relaxing with lots of room for everyone to find their own space. Neighbors were friendly and helpful and the beach is really close and so beautiful - even in December! The Peir is close by and has a Ruby's restaurant at the end with great family dining and really good milkshakes. We had a rental vehicle and travelled to Disneyland, Legoland and San Diego all within an hours drive and really easy to get to. Oceanside is a fun little city and we really enjoyed our time there. Be aware of parking signs for street sweeping as the parking fines are really high but otherwise it was a great place and a great stay and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

This was a wonderful place to stay!
This property was overall a great property and we really enjoyed our stay. The positive things were 1 Great location near the beach 2 Plenty of space 3 The unit was well stocked 4 The owner was responsive and helpfull 5 Great value for money Everyone is different so the following are the points I feel were not as positive. I still rate this unit 5 star because in my opinion they didn't really detract from the quality of my stay but they might matter to some people. 1 The unit is near a train line and the train does run all night. 2 The unit was a bit dated; however clean and well maintained and it was consistent for what I would expect for the price. Overall I loved it and I would stay again.

Spacious and close to the beach!
It was just as expected. Clean and spacious. Loved that there was so many options for sleeping. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one of which had 2 double beds, and a murphy bed downstairs. Everyone was thrilled that they had their own bed and nobody was camping out on the floor or the sofa. The garage was full of useful tools- a cooler, beach chairs, beach toys, just as promised. The shared courtyard was sweet and the best part was that it was only 1 block from the beach access. Len was easy to work with. He always responded quickly to my emails and I received my return deposit in a very timely manner. Super pleased and I would definitely stay there again.

Welcome to our Beach side Retreat, a cozy well furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath home that is just ONE SHORT BLOCK from the beach. The house will comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults. PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY BEFORE SUBMITTING AN INQUIRY AND PLEASE NOTE OUR SUMMER RATES. WEEKLY STAYS ON A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BASIS ARE STRONGLY PREFERRED DURING THE SUMMER (JUNE THROUGH AUGUST). MINIMUM 4 NIGHT STAY DURING OTHER MONTHS.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Two Stories: Entrance is on the first level, with the living room, kitchen, dining room and one bath. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. You can also enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather in our large shared but private courtyard.
Master bedroom has a king-sized bed; the second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds and there's a murphy (full-sized) bed on the first floor.
Our garage also contains everything you need to enjoy your day at the Beach (including umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, toy wagon, etc).
LOCATION:
* A short minute's walk to the beach.
* Very close to downtown Oceanside and10 minute walk to Oceanside Pier.
* Amtrack/Metrolink is also nearby.
* It's about a 10 minute drive to Legoland and Carlsbad. 30 minutes drive south to San Diego, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and other SD attractions.
* Drive 90 minutes north to Disneyland, Universal Studios and other Orange County attractions.
You will enjoy the entire space to yourself, it's quiet with complete privacy.
