My friends and I were in town for a wedding last month, and this rental was perfect for our group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was very helpful. In addition, the location is very convenient and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living room, as well as the outdoor deck space.

Wonderful Layout
This was the perfect place to stay traveling with a non-family group because each room has it's own bathroom. Very nice and easy!

Worked out great for our stay
I stayed here with two colleagues for a conference in the area. The location was really excellent with plenty of room and privacy for the 3 of us. Communication and access was easy and we just had no problems from start to finish.

We loved our stay!
We stayed at this residence for 4 days. My sister had her wedding in Oakland and this was the perfect place to house our family. The house and the rooms are much bigger than the photos show. It was very roomy for our party of 7 adults. Pictures don't do the home justice. A shower in every room was a huge plus. The owner was extremely nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very accommodating, providing everything we needed for the weekend. We were in walking distance of every type of restaurant, shop you could need. This was a big weekend for our family and I'm so happy we choose this residence.

Highly desirable Grand lake Oakland location .Close to most area attractions. whiten close proximity to grand lake movies, shops , restaurant, café, Trader Joe , Farmers market etc. Walk to town and Lake Merritt . Spacious, Tastefully furnished The 3 bedroom has queen bed and the 4th bedroom has twin bed. All bedrooms have en suite bathroom. New Appliance and fully equipped Kitchen. Easy accessibility to San Francisco by Bart or bus.
