It includes an antique brass double bed, recliner, antique dresser, desk area, cable tv and wifi, and a large closet. The adjoining bathroom has a shower. There is a separate entrance from the patio at the rear of the home. There is one driveway parking space available. One female guest preferred.
Besides the owner, two cats and a miniature Shitzu live here. A housebroken dog less than 20 pounds would be welcome. There is a fenced backyard and a doggie door.
There are many hospitals in the area. In the Dignity system Mercy San Juan is closest at 3.6 miles, Mercy General - 8.8 m, Mercy Folsom (where I retired from) is 13 m, Methodist Hospital - 15 m, and Woodland Memorial at 22 miles. Sutter Medical Center is 9.2 miles toward downtown. Sutter Roseville is 9 miles north. Kaiser also has several hospitals in the area. Kaiser Morse is 5.7 miles, Kaiser Roseville - 8 m, and Kaiser South is 15 miles. UC Davis Medical Center is 13 miles. Auburn Faith Hospital is 23 miles. It is not far from my home to Interstate 80. That and Interstate 50 are the east-west highways through Sacramento. Interstates 5 and 99 go north and south. Most of the hospitals can be reached via these highways.
Of course a renter would have access to kitchen, laundry, living, dining, and outdoor patio areas. There is central heat and air.
