Allen is a wonderful host.
Allen is a wonderful host. There are many amenities in the home including coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board as well as slippers and robes along with fluffy towels. If I ever had any questions and contacted Allen, he responded right away. I would recommend this beautiful home with panoramic views to anyone looking for a getaway or staycation for a large group. It is in a quiet neighborhood and will truly get some rest & relaxation if that is what you're looking for. I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to stay here again.

Home was marvelous and spacious
Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in Allen's lovely Newport Beach home. The home was marvelous and spacious and clean. The ocean views are just gorgeous. Allen was a responsive and generous host. He even brought a case of bottled water and a coffee machine when he came by to meet us.

Really flexible and easy to get in touch
Allen was a great and very hospitable host. Really flexible and easy to get in touch with. One thing I would make sure is to be very specific about all the guests you have coming to the property so that he can put them on the list, since the front gate security of the community is very strict

Take advantage of the panoramic ocean view (along with Catalina Island and city lights) form the master suite and backyard. Enjoy the resort indoor/outdoor living in the beautifully built, highly upgraded home. This light and bright home with lots of french doors leading to inner courtyard, which includes built-in BBQ/Bar. Highly upgraded master suite with retreat room. quite location with steps to beach, park and clubhouse.
Luxury home in 24/7 guarded gated private community in Crystal Cove, Orange County, southern California with 180 degree ocean views from kitchen, family room, backyard and 2nd floor master bedroom. Walking distance to Crystal cove shopping plaza and beach. Few minutes by car to the 3 best shopping malls: fashion island, south coast plaza mall and Irvine spectrum. Enjoy the scenic sea coast along pacific coast parkway.
