You will also have access to the outside hot water shower, bicycles, beach games, patio furniture, propane or charcoal BBQ, washer & dryer, and one parking stall.

Our rental property is located on the popular Newport Peninsula Boardwalk, just steps from the sand and the surf. Along with being located on one of California's Premier Beaches, the property has panoramic views of the beautiful Newport Pier and Catalina Island.
Take one of our beach cruisers for a ride down the boardwalk, or check out all it has to offer by foot - with numerous restaurants, shops, and even wine tasting, all within walking distance!
1. Photo identification & a credit card are required to rent, along with deposit and signed rental agreement.
2. Check-in time is 3:00 PM.

4. No Smoking allowed inside the house or outside on the deck unit itself.
5.No Drug use allowed
6. Renter agrees that NO PETS shall be allowed on or in vacation property
7. Renter is responsible outstanding incidentals, EXTRA house/Laundry cleaning, disturbance or parking fines, damages or losses.
8. Renters are NOT entitled to use the Upstairs Deck.
9. Renters have garage access for use of: Bicycles, Beach Games, Water Boards, Weber BBQ, washer & dryer along with 1 parking stall behind the garage. Renters may park in back of garage as long as Vehicle stays between the property lines parallel to the garage doors. (You are responsible for any Parking violations issued)
