Minimum StayBest vacation ever!
We had a girl friend retreat and had a fantastic time. One of our friends was going through divorce, and it's the first time we've seen her smile in ages. We rode bikes on the boardwalk almost every day, walked on the sand, shopped at Balboa Island, went to Disneyland, and stayed up all night talking. The house is beautiful, the beds so comfortable, a newer construction home than the others around here. Large rooms, lots of room to spread out, great kitchen, loved the big tub! We are going to make this a tradition to do every year. The owner was a great host, very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this beach house.

Beautiful newer house. two spacious master bedrooms. Decorated very well. About 100 steps to the beach without crossing any (major) street. We had the most fun renting bikes and riding along the strand to lunches dinner, Balboa Fun zone, car ferry etc.You can go south to connect with many miles of bike trails or you can ride north along the beach many many miles. Disneyland was only 23 minutes away and you can take the carpool lane all the way. Beautiful, relaxing, it was awesome. Highly recommended.

Spacious, luxurious and comfortable Beach House with 2 master bedrooms, one with attached office space. Updated kitchen, attached two car garage with extra parking space, across the street from fenced children's park, and basketball courts. Close to shopping and dining, 23 minutes from Disneyland, 100 steps to the beach. 2.5 bathrooms, open concept main floor with large common area. Nice neighborhood, family friendly. Rooftop deck, view of ocean, fire-pit, dining and lounge area.
