Wonderful house!! Everything you could ever need in a beach house. Well stocked kitchen that has all cooking essentials you may need. Fantastic outdoor space. Beach chairs, umbrellas, water toys, etc. Very quiet neighborhood. Out of all the fray but still close enough to walk to restaurants!!

Perfect location!
Walk to beach or harbor, ferry over to Balboa Island, all within walking distance. Perfect place and weather if you love to walk for exercise and enjoyment.

Gorgeous beach cottage in excellent location
You really can't go wrong with this beach cottage, within seconds of both the bay and the beach. Much attention to detail has gone into the design and decor of the cottage which is serene and stunning with a very beachy vibe. The outdoor yard is great for a bbq or just relaxing in the sun.

Our recently remodeled FABULOUS beach cottage has everything anyone could want, this is a designers dream cottage. Fireplace, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom with queen size bed, one bedroom with bunk beds and trundle, one bedroom with twin bed and trundle ( can be made into a king size bed) 2 flatscreen T.V.'s, internet, front loading washer/dryer, huge patio with updated patio furnishings, fire pit and outdoor hot shower. Parking for 1 car, 6 cruiser bicycles and 1 tandem bike, beach chairs, beach umbrella's, boogie board, skim boards, paddle board & kayak all for your enjoyment.
This is beach vacationing at it's best!
