We are about 15 minutes to The Avi Casino which offers many restaurants and a movie theater and about 30 minutes to Laughlin. You can visit Lake Havasu in about a 45 minute drive or by boat. Our neighborhood has access to our PRIVATE beaches and includes a community pool, spa, basketball court and volleyball court. LOTS OF PARKING! Enough room in driveway for two cars.
Our home features 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bath. The master has a California King size bed and the other two bedrooms have Queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a coffee pot, crock pots, blender, toaster and toaster oven. A large Laundry room with a washer and dryer. Enjoy your evenings sitting on the Large front porch.
