OK. Not sure where to start. If you read this review- run away! This review is about the experience we had in 3 different properties of Mission Beach Management (3 different families). So why was the experience so bad? - Because their apartments are very old, moldy and dirty. - Because all the appliances are at least 40 years old. - Because the apartments are extremely overpriced. - Because 40% of the house’s appliances and light bulbs that were broken, and it took them days to fix everything. - Because they will overcharge you for utilities ($300!!!), cleaning ($300!!!)- Therefore don’t expect to get your $600 deposit back. - Because when you call to ask for your deposit back- they will hang up on you. I assume that the owner will soon respond to my review. I’m writing this review with tears in my eyes, after a horrible experience with Mission Beach Management that ruined our family vacation. I’m begging you to run away, and not to contribute to this unreliable property rental company.

This is a fake review. The lady that wrote it (Donna Smith is not her name) did not stay at this location. Sour grapes on another location that her family stayed at and left a mess. By the way, this house is no longer there. It was demolished and 5 star home was built in its place about a year ago.

Lots of windows with close-up ocean front views, 2 bedroom 2 bath “roomy” ocean-front single level home. It features hardwood floors throughout, dishwasher, micro, 2 Flatscreen TVs, laundry room and fireplace, deck with BBQ and patio furniture, and parking for one small car in attached garage (84"- Height, 90" - Wide). Brand new kitchen as of (7/1/13).and patio furniture, and parking for one small car in attached garage.
Airport and Downtown is just 10 minutes away. La Jolla is just 1.5 miles away, an easy bike ride up the coast! Pacific Beach is just 1/4 mile north and Ocean Beach is about 2 miles south.
Public bus stop is 1 block away on the main street- Mission Blvd.
Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, para sailing, jet skis, etc.

No Pets, No Smoking.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
