We couldn't have asked for a better home for our girls weekend. We loved the proximity to the quaint, small-town of Sausalito (great for breakfasts and shopping!) yet the house did not feel far away from our multiple trips into the city. The house itself was immaculately clean, the bedrooms were roomy, and the house was well stocked with supplies (towels, toilet paper, coffee). The large living room was a perfect place to sit and enjoy drinking coffee while looking over the bay. We were even greeted by a family of deer on two different mornings! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Perfect for a visit to San Francisco or Marin
We had a family reunion vacation at this property. The house is great for a large group with five bedrooms and additional sofa beds, multiple living spaces, large kitchen and outdoor patios and yard. The view is incredible, especially from the upper level living room and master bedroom. The house and furniture are beautiful and well maintained and all modern appliances are available. The owner is very organized, communicates promptly and is flexible. The location is close to downtown Sausalito and the Golden Gate Bridge. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

AVON 39 Team House
Our team needed a large house for several adults to call "home base" during our trip to San Francisco to attend the AVON 39 Walk to End Breast Cancer. This property fit the bill exceptionally. Close enough to the city to go when needed, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and experience the area North of the Golden Gate Bridge. We were so surprised to see deer in the back yard on our arrival! Groceries, coffee houses and nice locally owned restaurants were a short drive away. The house was large, clean and well equipped; and after walking 39 miles, the walkers appreciated the beautiful spa tub and sauna! An important feature for us was the fact that all bedrooms had queen beds. Mr. Singapuri was a very gracious host, recommending restaurants in the area, and ensuring that the house was 100% ready for our arrival. He also followed up after we arrived to ensure that we had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this home to large families vacationing or groups of adults attending an event. The main living area was large enough for all of us to relax and watch a movie, but there were other nooks to escape to when we needed alone time. We were disappointed yesterday, when we had to fly home, but hope to return to this beautiful Mill Valley property in the future.

Amazing view
We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the view of the bay was beautiful. We had 9 people fit comfortably in the 5 bedrooms. The owner was great to work with! We would definitely stay there again!

This waterfront home in scenic Mill Valley, aptly named 'Edgewater', is on the shore located between Sausalito and Tiburon. It is professionally decorated spacious 5 bedroom, 2 large living rooms, 2 1/2 bath, Dining room, full kitchen home that sleeps up to 12 guests. Amenities include two wood burning fireplaces, granite Chefs kitchen with high end appliances, 2 person Jacuzzi and steam room in master suite and private balcony overlooking the water. Additional bedroom also has private patio just steps from the shore. The bonus sun room is the perfect place for yoga and relaxation. Large custom artwork by local artist, blend perfectly with the Asian antiques and contemporary decor and furnishings.
Bring your own kayak, wind surfer, or canoe and launch them from the water's edge as your family and friends barbeque on the back deck.
Just a ten minute drive from the Golden Gate Bridge and minutes from the Larkspur Ferry, you are able to take advantage of the shops and restaurants in Tiburon, Mill Valley, Sausalito and all that San Francisco has to offer.
Well behaved pets are considered for a extra deposit.
GUEST ACCESS: This elegantly decorated waterfront home has everything that will make your stay simply memorable. Magnificent view of the water and distant mountains, migrating birds [seasonally], great restaurants within 10 minutes, famous vineries within 40 minutes drive, world famous parks within 25 minutes, classy shops 10 minutes. Most of our guests just want to stay here and do nothing but relax watching the Pelicans diving in the water, Canadian geese migrating, a family of deer grazing in the back yard. Or occasionally watching sea lions swimming in the water.
