Everything was as described and a perfect location . You are walking distance to bars , restaurants , abbot kinnney and the canals. Elena was very attentive to our needs during our stay and pleasant to speak with. I would highly recommmend this unit.

Amazing location!
The house is in a prime spot! Walking distance to restaurants and shops, steps from the sand. The patio is awesome! Sitting out on it people watching was lots of fun. It was the perfect size for 2 couples to stay. We both got our own room and bathroom. Only down side was one of the beds is terribly uncomfortable. That would be my only real gripe. I'd stay here again.

Incredible location!!! You can go for a run, a swim, or play volleyball on multiple beach courts, use my two bikes to enjoy bike rides along the coast all the way to the Santa Monica pier through the colors of famous Venice beach, listen the sound of the waves crashing on the shore at night.
On the boardwalk, close to everything Venice has to offer.
3 minute walk to Venice pier with lots of cafes and restaurants
