Great location and super convenient set up for a beachside vacation
We've stayed in a lot of rentals, and this one was extremely well-managed. The host provided everything you could ever need during your stay, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The ocean view from the porch is breathtaking, and everything was as described in the listing. The host was also very responsive before, during and directly following our stay. We will certainly plan to stay here again in the future.

Amazing patio with privacy and ocean view
We really enjoyed the location. It was perfect for our 5 year old, on a pedestrian-only walkway to the beach with a fenced patio & ocean views. The sheets were very clean and soft. It was nice to have a TV in each bedroom for relaxing at night.

Great Location Location Location
We had a wonderful vacation just 75 steps from The Stand in Manhattan Beach. The patio was fantastic with a great view of the beach and amazing sunsets all while sitting on very comfortable patio furniture. Our hosts were attention to our needs and very accommodating. Perfect spot for us.

Awesome Location, Beautiful Property and Great Oceanview from Patio
We had a great time in Manhattan Beach. The property was topnotch with great views of the ocean from the patio. The strand and the ocean were just a few feet from the house so the location was amazing. We were also a 10 minute walk to the center of town. Nader, the landlord, was very welcoming and so helpful with restaurant recommendations. Nader also answered emails and text messages promptly. The apartment was clean and well kept and up to date. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely return! Thank you Nader!

Perfect Location
We love to visit the Manhattan Beach area, and we were truly blown away by this location. SO SO close to the beach, and the patio is huge with a great view of the ocean. The owners were very friendly, and the rental is stocked with everything you need. Having a parking space, washer/dryer, and grill were great extras. We can't wait to stay here again soon.

location is amazing
Very nice property in a quiet area of Manhattan Beach just a block from the Strand. Bikes are provided, which is a nice amenity. The patio is fabulous-we spent many hours out there reading and relaxing and ate our brunch there each day. Owner provided good communication. We would most definitely return to this property.

location is amazing
Location was amazing, only a few steps from the beach. Outdoor patio and grill with a view of the ocean. All the beach gear we needed for a superb vacation. Condition of the property was immaculate. Extremely clean, both inside and out. Owner was delightful to work with. Very well organized.

This oceanfront walk street home is located in the exclusive sand section of Manhattan Beach, just 3-homes from the Strand and steps away from the beach. Remodeled in 2015, this property is in immaculate condition.
There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living-room with a fireplace, kitchen with cooktop, a laundry room, and private patio on the walk street with ocean views.
Each room has a flat screen television with DirecTV, wireless internet access, telephones, and forced air heating.
Enjoy stunning ocean views from the walk street patio while relaxing on the outdoor sectional lounger under the shade of the oversized umbrella. The outdoor dining table is ideal for a beach front casual dining. The outdoor gas grill is located in the ocean view patio for an ideal grilling environment.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, walk in closet, with a large frosted bedroom windows that offer both privacy and natural bright light during the day.
The spacious master bedroom has a large California king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, mirrored closet doors, two frosted west facing windows that let the sunshine filter in, and shades when complete darkness is desired.
In addition to the carpeted bedrooms, and tile bathrooms, there is oak wood flooring throughout the house.
The kitchen has a cooktop, built-in microwave, under the counter refrigerator, single-bowl contemporary steel sink and spray faucet. There is a toaster over, and coffee machine. For guests that prefer to prepare their own meals there is an assortment of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The kitchen is also stocked with plates, platters, eating utensils, glasses, mugs, etc.
This location is a short 15-minute leisurely stroll to downtown Manhattan Beach where you will find numerous fine-dining and shopping options, but just far enough to enjoy tranquility and peace. The property is located in a quiet pocket of town where you won’t hear cars or loud conversations. With only a few dim lights in the surrounding neighborhood, the stars are visible on a clear night and complimented by the sounds of the ocean.
There are bikes that you can use to cruise on the oceanfront bicycle path that stretches for miles or walk along the strand during the day and watch the activity on the beach. An evening walk on the strand after dinner is sure to be a memorable experience.
This is a wonderful home in one of the best beach destinations in the world. I am confident you will enjoy your stay.
About The Area
Manhattan Beach is an upscale beach community with pristine white sand beaches, numerous fine dining restaurants and plenty of botique shops within walking distance. The home is a short 20-min drive to LAX airport and a short distance from Los Angeles, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Venice.
House Rules
This is a quiet, upscale beach community, that our guests have enjoyed over the years. In order to continue this tradition, the property is limited to no more than 4-adult guests and their children. The property is not available for parties, special events, filming, etc. Manhattan Beach is a smoke-free community, and there is no smoking allowed on the property. Pets are not permitted.
Suitability
Guest with children are welcome and a high chair, pack and play, etc can be provided upon request.
