Beautiful property and Beautiful Views!
I stayed here with my wife and 3 children (ages 6, 8 and 12) for 3 nights in Aug-Sept. The property has been completely renovated and is beautiful inside. So many properties in Mammoth are stuck in the 70's, but not this one! The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The bathrooms were very clean with nice tile work, vanities and counter tops - I would be happy to have this type of work in my own house. The master bedroom was very nice with a good mattress we slept well on. 2 of the kids enjoyed the bedroom at the top level with two beds, but adults might not like the climb up the narrow stairs or the small space. The views from the kitchen area are amazing. I enjoyed having my morning coffee while appreciating the views as the sun came up. We all enjoyed the pool, which was clean and also had great views. The owner's comments about needing 4-wheel drive in the winter are for real. I don't have a 4-wheel drive and would be worried about driving up if it was snowing since the road is steep. On the flip side, the location would be GREAT for getting started in the morning with a quick run down to Canyon Lodge or Little Eagle. The owner was super-responsive. We had a small issue with the internet service, but she took care of it within minutes. She was also SO HELPFUL in helping me get an item back that I left behind. Thank you!

Exceeded expectation
We had a wonderful 3 day weekend at the timber ridge condo. We used the ski-in and ski-out trails and played in the snow and did some sledding in the area above the condo. The condo itself was very clean and extremely well equipped. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner and the kitchen was not lacking in any area. The beds were comfy, the hanging racks were perfect for all of our ski clothes and the views from the main floor are breathtaking. The primary heat source is a wood stove, which worked out perfectly because we knew this ahead of time and came prepared to "baby-proof" the area from our 1 year old. The owner was very good at staying in contact and answered all questions in a timely manner.

The best ski in/out in Mammoth!
Our family of six enjoyed the best ski vacation ever this past Christmas at this awesome ski in/out condo in the trees! You actually feel like you are in a tree house--forty feet up--with a spectacular view out the wall of windows . . . and this is just one of the things that make this place special. It's cozy, yet roomy and we all loved the woodburning stove which was fun to gaze at but also provided all the warmth we needed, and outside it was cold and snowing almost the whole time we were there. It's bright and open. The cieling is nice and high which makes the main room even bigger and the wall of windows lets in light and beauty. Perfect kitchen. We cooked all our meals here and had everything we needed. We especially liked the table where there was lots of room for all of us and it made a great game table as well. The lofts were cozy and the beds really comfy. The pictures don't do justice to the master bedroom. The bed is super comfy and the high cieling again makes it even bigger. The 3 bathrooms are great! The entry is perfect for shedding all your ski jackets, boots, hats, scarves and gear - tons of hangers. We absolutely loved this place and plan to come back next winter or maybe sooner. Dealing with Julie was a dream. Thank you so much for helping us have the best vacation ever!

Beautiful! Completely remodeled condo with GROOMED ski in/out access.
Our location at Timber Ridge at 8,800' can't be beat great hiking and mountain biking. We are on the mountain between chairs 8 (Canyon Lodge) and 15 (Eagle Express).
This 1200 sq. ft. condo spread over three levels with airy vaulted pine ceilings has views through 30' of windows looking to the White Mountains and Canyon Lodge. This condo has a very welcoming open feel to it.
Sleeps up to 8 in beds in four areas. Master bedroom, plus two lofts as follows:
1. Large Master bedroom with CalKing bed and private 3/4 bath.
2. Enclosed loft above living room with Queen bed, very private.
3. Second loft with Queen bed has views toward the mountains and Canyon Lodge/ privacy curtain and secluded loft.
4. Two and a half baths. Master bath, plus full bath on bedroom level, half bath downstairs on living room level.
5. Queen sleeper sofa in living area for additional bed space if desired.
Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large living room on the first level.
Large jacuzzi with his and hers bathrooms and saunas in Recreation Building. In summer, our heated pool is big and beautiful with sweeping views toward the east.
Condo completely renovated is light and bright. We installed an entire 30' wall of glass to take advantage of the view..

Great location in summer for mountain biking- just off trails!
2 bedrooms, 2 lofts with privacy.
Four wheel drive is recommended for our location in the highest complex in Mammoth. You will have use of a shared attached garage and another parking space in our lower lot. Our location is best suited to better skiers as the trails accessed are for intermediate (Chickadee) and advanced skiers (Blue Jay). Beginners are best off if driven around to Canyon Lodge to start their day.
If you look at pricing in the Village for a condo that sleeps up to six in a little over half the size you'll realize what a steal this place is!
Three night minimum, five night minimum at Christmas.
