Located in the middle of Carbon and Las Tunas Beaches just 1/2 mile south of Las Flores Canyon Rd. You will have the ocean and your own private beach right under your decks with the soothing sounds of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets to enjoy daily along with the occasional sightings of local wildlife such as dolphins and whales swimming by in front of your decks or a sea lion sun bathing on your beach front steps, not to mention the many sea life you can see in the private tide pools during low tide. Off of your decks you can see Catalina Island as well as the Santa Monica Pier off in the distance. To add to the experience you are only a beach stroll away from the famous MoonShadows restaurant & Blue Lounge and the famous Dukes restaurant & Barefoot Bar.
This home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 2 ocean front decks and parking for 3 cars (sleeps 6-8: one Cal King in master bedroom, one eastern king in 2nd bedroom, two regular queens in 3rd bedroom )
***First Floor: This home has a fully stocked kitchen with all the standard appliances, washer and dryer, dining area with an 8' dining table, living room with a 55" flat screen HD Plasma TV, cable and DVD player, fireplace and a covered deck with a gas BBQ grill and teak patio dining set overlooking the ocean and your own private beach. We provide free Wi-Fi, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and more. The third bathroom is downstairs and is a full bath with a shower. We also have an outdoor shower on the side of the house where your private beach access is located so you can rinse all the sand off when you come in from the beach.
*** Second Floor: All the bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a flat screen LCD TV, the middle bedroom has a eastern king size bed with a outdoor atrium . the master bedroom has a California King bed with a flat screen plasma TV, DVD player and its own private uncovered sun deck with 2 teak lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and your own private beach. There are two fully remodeled bathrooms upstairs, one is a full bath with a spa style walk-in shower with a teak platform to stand on and the master bath has a deep seated bathtub with an ocean view and a full spa style walk- in shower also with teak platforms.
