The property itself is wonderful. A modern spacious kitchen with clean comfortable beds. What makes this property stand out is the owner. Damaris is a fabulous human being who is genuinely invested in you having the best stay possible. A few of my kids wanted to sleep outside under the stars. When Damaris found out she arranged for a tent with a moon roof to be constructed for them in the backyard. We were incredibly touched by this gesture. There are only two bathrooms so some planning was needed to get everyone showered and out of the house but we found it manageable. I hope to be able to come again- it was the perfect waypoint between yosemite kings canyon and sequoia.

Very comfortable and well equipped house
This property is ideal for families. It's well equipped and comfortable. We met up with some family and the accommodation worked really well for us. Only downsides are there are only 2 bathrooms and it is a little in the middle of nowhere. But if you like the idea of little house on the prairie then you won't be disappointed and in fact nicely surprised by the furnishings and extras.

LOVE the Farmhouse!
We had a wonderful time staying at the charming Farmhouse for our daughter's Fresno State graduation. It was perfect for our large group. We loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but only 15 minutes away from campus. It was fully stocked for everything we needed to make delicious meals and BBQ. The weather was warm, but the house stayed cool. We immensely enjoyed the patio for the gorgeous evenings. The hostess, Damaris, was amazing and checked in with us several times to ensure our satisfaction. We will definitely recommend and stay again when in the area. Weekend get away
Was thinking about renting as a gathering place for our daughters wedding. After meeting Damaris and her tour of the house we where sold. The house is very nice. Lots of room. The view of the sunset from the porch was outstanding. Damaris offered any help for the weekend and the upcoming gathering. Thank you for the use of your house.

Reconnect with nature family and friends in this very spacious 1940's countryside home. Inspired by family, friendship and love...The Bellview Farmhouse, offers a relaxing and peaceful retreat. Perfect for large groups traveling together to nearby tourist attractions such as Yosemite National Park. Chic art/décor adorns the interior of the home, flowing white curtains and large selection of books throughout the home will also make for a quiet romantic getaway for two.
In the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas, the farmhouse is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Large gated lot, easily accommodates multiple vehicles, RV, trailer or boat parking.
It is within walking distance to a gas station/mini mart for those last minute needs. The winery across the street is part of the Madera Wine Trail and offers wine tasting 7 days a week. There is a Yosemite Area Regional Transit pick up stop 2 miles down the street from the house. For $6/person you can get a ride to the Yosemite National Park Valley!
The farmhouse has a large eating area that can accommodate up to 12. Or you can take advantage of the picnic table on the porch and dine al'fresco as you watch the sun set over the Central Valley. The deep porch offers a great spot to read a book with a glass of wine on a rainy day!
Bedroom #1 offers 2 bunk bed sets (twin over full size beds), which can sleep 6. Bedroom #2 has an open closet and features a Queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and leads into the large master bedroom which has a California King size bed and sitting areas.
There is a playground for young kids behind the house and is within sight from the kitchen/dinning table. This side of the property does get some highway noise, however the home is well insulated and when inside, the highway noise is not an issue. The exterior west side is shielded from the noise which allows you to enjoy the porch and outdoor dinning area. Bald Eagles nest nearby and can sometimes be seen soaring over the field to the west of the farmhouse. Just one more reason to take advantage of the porch!
The farmhouse is located 15 minutes from Table Mountain Casino, Chuckchansi Gold Resort & Casino and Millerton Lake,. Millerton Lake has multiple picnic areas, where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, or walk the trail that wraps around the lake.
One of the property owners works in the metal shop near the house and is available for any questions, concerns you may have.
We have great contacts for in-home chef's, mobile masseuse, limo/boat/jet ski/rentals, in home health care etc. We look forward to helping you make the most of your vacation!
