My husband and I and our two teenage daughters stayed in the two bedroom property for 5 days in august, 2013 and it was fabulous! The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was perfect and had all the appliances one could want incluing a washer and dryer which was a real bonus. My daughters were very happy with their room as well as the bathroom (especially the shower). I cannot say enough about the hospitality we felt. James was so kind and helpful. The location is of course AMAZING. Everything we wanted to do was only a short drive away. The longest drive we had was 20 minutes and I think that was only because we got a bit lost. All of the famed motor way traffic and long drives simply were non existant because the property is so perfectly located. We will for sure return to stay and look forward to seeing James again.

We spent a week at the 2 bedrooms on 2024 West View Street which was just the cream of every thing we attendt of LA. Your a near every thing, take the freeway and drive south to 3rd Street Promenade or Venice, follow La Brea Ave and climb to the Observatory, Universal Studio, Hollywood Blvd … every attractions are so close, it’s such a middle point. And the appartment is spacious, we were 2 adults and 2 teens, there is enough space for every body, each room has a dressing, the kitchen is well equipped with coffe maker, toaster, dishwasher and tabs ;-)) you will even found “tupperware” (We are Swiss !!) (food box) for the take away picnic. The washing machins and dryer are also so usefull and again there are tabs for the washing. Once we were looking for scissors and adesive tape … you find those too in the drawer opposite the kitchen ! In the bath room there are plenty of towel and everything is clean and cosy. The place is very quiet, safe (my friend went running every morning) and there is always a place for parking in front of the house … What a wonderful place to stay, next year, I hope and can go again … Thank you so much

My business partner and I visited LA from London earlier this month with little notice. We needed to find somewhere to stay pretty quickly on arrival in LA and were fortunate to find Jim’s apartments on Craigslist. We really struck lucky. Not only was the apartment well designed, smart, functional and in great (clean) condition, it’s perfectly placed to get to all points in LA very quickly. We were working in Santa Monica, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills and the location was great. The added bonus is that Jim is a great landlord! He made our last minute hunt for accommodation stress free with a refreshingly helpful and friendly attitude. He was fair and generous when we left town to go to Canada over the July 4th holiday. I’m back in LA again and unfortunately Jim is full so I’m having to stay somewhere else. I have no hesitation in highly recommending 2026 West View Street as a great place to stay in Los Angeles.

This rental was perfect, it had everything I could have needed. The location was very close to where I was working, and the apartment was fully stocked with all necessities. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and appliances. And it was wonderful having a washer/dryer in the unit. Highly recommended!
