UTILITIES ALLOWANCE: Owner to pay for Internet and basic Cable TV service including up to two boxes, and up to $500 (maximum) of water/power/gas (utilities) use per month. Any excess utilities use cost beyond the $500 monthly limit shall be deducted against the security deposit.
