By far the best place I stayed while on my vacation. I couldn't have asked for a more central, comfortable, gorgeous place to stay while I was in LA. If I ever get back there, I will hands down, stay there again. I absolutely loved it!! There was nothing not to like. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the laundry facilities were above excellence, the kitchen was to die for and the host was one of the most loveliest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I couldn't recommend Laurel Grove enough. A truly spectacular place to stay.

Tutto!! Terry è una padrona di casa gentile e molto discreta, ci ha accolti come se fossimo suoi parenti, ci ha dato consigli quando li abbiamo chiesti ma mai in maniera arrogante. La casa è molto bella e curata, attrezzata per tutto, dalla cucina alla lavanderia. La posizione eccellente. Consigliamo vivamente a chi desidera vivere una vacanza da Americani senza i limiti che un hotel ovviamente ha. Il quartiere è tranquillo e molto bello anche da visitare a piedi. Supermercati, ristoranti e bar molto vicini. Top !

This charming Cape Cope 1bed/1bath house is in mint condition with hardwood floors throughout. Living room features a wood burning fire, large desk and swivel chair, leather sofa (not a fold out) and large flat screen tv with all premium channels - HBO, Showtime, Sports etc and your own DVR. High Speed internet included. Bedroom contains queen size bed with luxurious, European style, crisp, white down duvet. Planation shutters on windows.
Separate laundry room with brand new washer and dryer as well as storage for suitcases. The tub has been replaced by a brand new shower w pebble stone floor. The house has an unusually large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large oven and 4 burners. Garbage disposal, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffeemaker and all kitchen utensils, pots, pans and plates etc. Sip your morning coffee at the outside garden table and enjoy the California weather in the peaceful backyard.
Please note, leather sofa is ideal for a small child as it does NOT fold out into a bed. There are 2 extra pillows and duvet should small child need to sleep on the leather sofa.
About The Area
Just a two block walk to bustling and trendy Ventura Boulevard where you will find a miriad of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques and markets. CBS Studios is a short walk away and Paramount, Warner Brothers, and Disney just a short drive away. Universal Studios is a 5 minute drive away.
You will love staying here because of the privacy and safety of the unit. There is a larger double story house in the front of the property overlooking the street and the 1 bedroom cottage is in the back with its own private entrance. Wake up in the morning to gorgeous weather and sip your morning coffee on the patio while you check your emails or read the paper in the peaceful surroundings
