Fantastic views from each room. Very private. Our group was looking for a place for a relaxing vacation, and we made the right choice. We enjoyed the open floor layout and the ambiance of the house . The second kitchen on the bottom floor was very convenient for our large group! The management was professional and attentive to our needs. The location is so close to the best of Hollywood! We received our security deposit immediately after our departure. Had a fantastic experience and will definitely recommend it to anyone!

Vacation in Paradise ;-)
Exceptional vacation My friends and I stayed at this place for our vacation in L.A. We wanted to be close to the best part of Hollywood, yet feel private and comfortable. Definitely the right choice for what we were looking for. The house is 5 minutes away from all the famous attractions, yet it’s like living in a mountain retreat. The views are gorgeous. The two kitchens were such a wonderful accommodation. The hosts treated us wonderfully. This is a vacation we will never forget! Thank you!

Unbelievable experience!
We reserved this property for a yearly company retreat and all of us were extremely happy with the choice! The location is perfect: the heart of Hollywood is just minutes away, which was so convenient when we were out on the town. Wonderful views from every room. Super quiet and calm neighborhood. The pool table and shuffleboard were lots of fun. The owners were very professional an treated us so well. Great on the budget too! 5 star experience. We hope to come back soon!

Gorgeous View
Spacious house with a beautiful view of the Hollywood Hills. Multiple patios with privacy. Not too far out, with easy access to Sunset Boulevard. Had a large group of 13 and still had plenty of room

The Villa has six spacious rooms, four full bathrooms and an open floor plan.
Entertainment amenities include billiards, shuffle board, spa and outdoor Jacuzzi tub
( summer time only, starting July)
The home has two kitchens, 6 flat screen TV's, surround sound system, 2 fire places, outdoor heaters, fire pit and a huge garden.
We also have two other properties in Hollywood Hills and Beverly Hills.
