Highland Park remains one of the few corners of L.A. that is truly a neighborhood. It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Los Angeles, just a five minute walk and you arrive at parks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and funky retail stores.
The entire house is completely remodeled and designer decorated for your optimal enjoyment! We have a 3 bedroom 1 bath home; One Bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom is with a Queen bed, and the third is with a Queen size Sofa bed (which is VERY comfortable). The bathroom is completely remodeled with new everything and lots of style brining enjoyment to every shower or bath.
There is a private outdoor space with a table to enjoy a meal or simply lounge outside. there is also plenty of room for kids to play and run around. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook yourself up a gourmet meal and enjoy it in the formal dining area.

We have code locks on the doors so Guests can arrive and checkout at their convenience within the checkin (3pm) and checkout (11am) times.
We are available always either by phone or messaging for any questions or references.
The Space
There are two units on this property. Each is a free-standing private house with NO shared walls and separate backyard spaces.
**PARKING: There is a driveway on the property... the parking spots for this house is the right side, it can accomodate 2 cars parked in tandem. There is one other parking spot to the left which is allocated for the back unit, please be mindful when parking as to allow the others to park as well, thank you!

With it's walkable streets, Craftsman and Victorian-style houses and small town feel, Highland Park is one of the most blossoming neighborhoods in Los Angeles. The neighborhood is filled with artists, musicians, actors and writers who enjoy upgrading their fashionable old homes and walking the main drag of York Blvd. Highland Park is one of the oldest settled areas of Los Angeles and it’s bordered on the North by Eagle Rock, South Pasadena to the east, Glassell park to the west and Mt. Washington to the southwest. The Gold Line serves the area
