The 1 Bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 is centered between Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood. . Amazing location! Located in Brentwood CA 90025. The apartment overlooks the pool with added views of Santa Monica beach and Catalina Island. Its Very quiet and relaxing. Its 700sq one bedroom and one bath. The New Queen Pillow Top Mattress and new sheets are amazing! New sheets, New towels, Sectional couch ,New paint and New dishes and new glassware. This place is beautifully decorated. The couch opens up to a Queen size bed and is perfect to accommodate 2 adults.
The 'metro transportation' bus stop is on the complex grounds (about a 30 second walk). The bus will take you to Santa Monica 3rd st promenade, Santa Monica Beach as well as to UCLA (12 minutes away).. The public transportation here in Los Angeles is super easy. Its safe and cheap and goes right to UCLA from my apartment (about 12 minute bus ride).
Whole Foods, Citi Bank, Bank of America, Chase, Starbucks, grocery store, bars, shopping, Sushi, Subway, Pizza, Yoga, FEDEX-Kinkos are all walking distance. Beverly Hills is right around the corner which is a $6-$8 uber ride. I have reserved gated parking space with 24hr security. Onsite Laundry, full GYM and yes the pool is amazing!
Relax and enjoy the sun in the Olympic size pool as well enjoy 3 BBQ grills to cook poolside. The pool is very clean as the complex cleans it every day. Beach towels are included with the apartment.
The kitchen has everything you need from coffee maker to Ninja blender to oven toaster. Everything is brand new. The apartment will come stocked with paper towel and toilet paper. There is a 55 LCD TV with cable and WiFi internet also included.
The Zip code is 90025 if you want to view the location. I am flexible on the stay from 2, 3 days to 6 or 7 days and by the month or more. UCLA students are more then welcome as long as there quiet. Its very quiet here. Very safe and friendly! Long term rental is welcome so please ask.
NO smoking! No cleaning fee's. I just ask you to strip the bed and put dishes in dishwasher. Very Simple!
Guest Access You will have access to everything from the pool, to the gym, to laundry and after a long day of site seeing, enjoy a glass of wine on the new patio furniture.
