Great family cabin!
The house was comfortable and well stocked for our family. We would definitely go back and stay here!Christina M.

We arrived just as the snow began. Over the next two days, we would get almost 3 feet of snow. The owner called because the could see that the driveway was covered, but he instructed me how to turn on the driveway heaters -- very handy! Almost all of his neighbors were shoveling furiously to clear the driveway, while some shoveling was unavoidable, we had it easy by comparison. This made leaving easy, but delayed because 1-80 was shutdown much of the day we left. The cabin itself was clean, well stocked with pots and pans, lots of towels and toilet paper. We enjoyed our time there immensely. Thankfully there were some games because we couldn't leave the house.Guillermo C.

And Snow You Shall Have...
My group arrived the weekend after record snow storms. If you're from California you know that it's been a few years since Tahoe had a grand snow season. We improvised as necessary, as in the case where the exterior trash compartment was buried in 10ft of snow (just leave the trash in the garage and tell the owner), and the driveway needed a some manual shoveling love, but you're going to Tahoe (Truckee) in the dead of winter, don't expect to be overtly lazy. The hot tub is still in full cycle during the winter which is awesome. The house comes equipped with a Nest thermostat, but if you're savvy with wood stoves you'll have no problem getting this cabin toasty. Kitchen is loaded with pots/pans/utensils/dishes/etc and towels are plentiful.Daniel A.
