Minimum StayExcellent Cabin with great sledding hill in back!
We just stayed 5 nights over winter break and the cabin was perfect - cozy main room & kitchen and downstairs for kids/teens to hang out. We had a ton of snow and made a fantastic sled/saucer hill just behind the house.

Great spot
We stayed with 6 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room! Very convenient to Alpine where we skied for the week. I would rent here again.

Great property!
When really enjoyed staying at this property. We had a large group and everyone was comfortable and happy with their stay. We cooked meal about every other night and went out to dinner the other nights, Loved having a outdoor grill and full kitchen. We were on the mountain all day Skiing it was awesome to come home and relax our muscles in the jacuzzi. The house is on a great location. Close to the lake, mountain lifts and Truckee. We would come back and stay here again for sure! No complaints at all.

My new favorite vacation home
WOW!!! This house is my new dream house. Perfect location and a gorgeous mountain views. The hot tub is perfectly located for an overlook at the mountains while relaxing. The layout of the house is amazing. The master bed and bathroom have the most beautiful arising view from every morning. The kitchen was well stock and big enough for all of the family to help prepare a meal to enjoy in the big living room. Everything was well stocked, we brought all kinds of groceries to cook/bake and enjoy our family vacation. The house was spotless when we arrived, not to mention the stainless steal appliances were impeccable. The downstairs extra family room was very spacious and a great space for our kids. We had a very good internet connection regardless of the location of the house. The owner was very detailed and clear about the rental procedures. I hope we can rent this house again next year for our Tahoe getaway.

This house is great for family get togethers. The knotty-pine paneling and accents, along with very elegant and plush furnishings, create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The high cathedral ceilings and abundance of windows offer a bright and open living area with great views.
The entry level has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Wolf Stove, hardwood floors, pine cabinets and granite tile counter tops. The kitchen opens into a formal dining room with a large teak table and a slider out to a huge deck with a 10-person hot tub, teak patio furniture, and gas BBQ. The living room has cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace and an oversized down sleeper sofa.
A laundry room and guest 1/2 bath are in the hallway which leads to the only bedroom on this level which has a king size lodge pole pine bed, a slider to the deck and a separate bath with deep tub, double shower heads and two sinks and a walk in closet
The upper level has a loft with a queen futon bed a dresser and television with panoramic mountain views and a glass slider onto a small deck. The large master room has a king sleigh bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a double head steam shower with a bench, and two sinks.
The lower level is an entire house on it's own. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen and twin bunk beds. There is a full kitchen, living room with a deck, laundry room, 1 full bath and a separate entry.
In addition there is a Brand NEW Entertainment room; with Plasma T.V., surround sound, Pool Table, 2 couches and breathtaking Lodge Pole Pine Bar, hockey game and darts, perfect place to relax after a day on the Mountain.
Alpine Meadows' and Squaw Valley's best hiking trails are practically out the front door!
This house is ideal for family vacations or corporate getaways.
