Come for the year round paradise weather of Lake San Marcos. Practice your putting in the Court Yard on the Putting Green or kick back on the deck overlooking the lake. Watch the sun go down and watch the boaters enjoying a Sun Set Cruise. The water foul are there too, skimming the water for their dinner. Powered screen shades provide a way to ward off the afternoon sun, if needed. You don't have to go far for your favorite beverage with the outdoor bar and refrigerator. Throw a steak on the barbecue, for dessert bring out the marshmallows and make s'mores over the open fire pit.
When you are ready to call it a day your accommodations include a King size bed and HD flat screen television in the master bedroom which over looks the lake, twin beds in the second bedroom with a flat screen HD television, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, with a HD flat screen television.

Meals may be served in the dining room while watching the boats go by through the floor to ceiling windows. The house is equipped with wireless internet service as well as Netflix.
Go out the sliding doors to the patio, walk twenty feet and you can sit on the bank and fish (it's a Private Lake, no license required) or watch the ducks, snow egrets and blue heron fly by or see the Lake San Marcos Black and White Swans patrol the lake. If you want to boat or paddle board around the lake, water craft are available for rent from the Marina across the lake.
This home is at the end of a cul-du-sac located directly on the lake. It is a shared roof home with complete privacy. It is a retirement community and no children are in the neighborhood.
The location of Lake San Marcos is as ideal as the weather. There is a casino bus to take you to the Valley View Casino.
