Note that this is not a condo but a large detached home with a fully fenced back yard so you will have peace and quiet and lots of privacy while still being close to everything Laguna Beach has to offer.
The main level features a large open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. The large gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream and fully equipped with everything you’ll need to create wonderful meals at home (Viking appliances, all utensils for cooking and serving, coffee maker, blender, etc). There’s also a Viking gas BBQ on the deck and the perfect climate for year-round outdoor cooking. The kitchen opens to a large dining area and huge family room with a large flat screen TV over the fireplace. Pocket doors run the length of two walls and open up the entire room to the outside deck for spectacular indoor/outdoor living. There is also an office complete with a desk, computer and printer (including unlimited high speed internet and WIFI).
On the lower level you’ll find three bedrooms and another family room. Both the master bedroom and family room open to a large backyard patio. The three bedrooms sleep six and there are two more twin beds in the downstairs family room that can also be easily moved into any of the bedrooms so it easily sleeps eight. We will set up the sleeping arrangements to accommodate your needs (and all linens and towels are also provided).
The back yard is completely fenced, making it safe for children & pets (yes, pets may be allowed but must be approved)
The private driveway will fit two cars and there’s also plenty of street parking in front of the home.
