We had a great trip to Palm Desert and the highlight was this beautiful home. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house was easy to find and there were even super fun pool rafts/floaties to use while lounging on the pool in the warm sun. David was a great host and easy to communicate with. Only thing that would have made it better was if the pool had been cleaned before we arrived but with the use of the pool net our crew did a great job of cleaning the pool in no time. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to make a getaway to the desert. Cheers!

Great location, plenty of space
David's house is well equipped, easy to find and in a great location. We stayed for Coachella and it was a quick drive to the fairgrounds, close to the grocery store and anything we needed. The house was a perfect size for our group of six. David was easily accessible, kind, and very helpful in getting us set up. We would definitely choose this place again!

Great Winter Getaway from the cold!
Very well maintained home, with all of the amenities. Great Pool and Spa! We cooked in a lot, and just enjoyed 75+ degree weather in January. Very centrally located. Very secure. I computer commuted, wifi was great! Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Great location
Perfect location, located close to all shopping and dinning areas. Love the fact we had our own pool and hot tub not like other properties were u have to share the pool and have to walk to get it it. Had very thing you needed to fill like you were at home. Would definitely rent again.

Our single story townhome/villa vacation rental offers most all the comforts of home. Luxury linens, a soaking tub, 3 televisions with Spectrum cable, Kitchen Aid appliances, fully furnished kitchen, 2 fireplaces, washer/dryer, a private patio, outdoor grill, 2 car garage with mountain views.
This is a single story townhome/duplex home rental with privacy not offered by most other properties in Legacy Villas. It has a attached two-car garage with outdoor space that is away from the condos across the street.
Legacy Villa is uniquely located against the Santa Rosa mountains and next to the world renown La Quinta Resort/Waldorf Astoria in the California desert. It is a wonderful setting for family and friends to relax in the famous Coachella Valley sun.
All within an easy walk to restaurants, golf, shops and spa of the La Quinta Resort.

Resort amenities abound with in our vacation rental with 12 pools, 11 spas, 2 lap pools, a fitness center, hammock/palm garden, poolside cabanas, the Legacy Grille (open during high season), children s splash park, 15 fountains, walking trails, outdoor fireplaces, clubhouse and manicured grounds..
Inside the house there is cable tv w/3 TVs, DVD players, washer and dryer, wireless internet, air conditioning, 2 fireplaces, a 2 car garage, toiletries, a well stocked kitchen, beach towels and much more.
