Thank you so much for giving us an enjoyable stay especially since we booked at the last minute and the week we wanted was available. This is our 8th annual family vacation but 1st time in La Quinta - we loved it. The minute I walked into the house - GORGEOUS!! Jenny was so easy and pleasant to work with. Quick to respond!! The kids and grandparents LOVED the pool table feature - it definitely gave us something to do other than sitting and watching TV all night after our day in the pool. We will be BACK next year and stay longer!! Thank you again...

Open and spacious
First off, Jenny, the leasing agent was a gem. She was super easy to work with. Now on to the house: Beautiful layout - made for a fun time bbqing and hanging by the pool. The house has everything you need to have a fun stay. Tons of extra towels and bedding made it easy to accommodate our group.

This is a newly Built Home in the Gorgeous Spanish Bay Development of PGA West. A completely detached 3350 square foot residence that is located on the 18th hole of The Nicklaus Tournament Course. This is a place to entertain and relax....with your own private pebble tec salt pool and spa overlooking the golf course in the backyard or sitting in the privacy of a large courtyard with bubbling fountain. Enjoy our endless library of movies and music with a new updated Flat Screen Television and sound system that plays throughout the home...inside and out! The backyard has a Palapa, BBQ and misters for outdoor living along with retractable glass doors that completely open up the entire home, as seen in the movie 'Honeymoon in Vegas'.
Inside this beautifully, designer decorated home boasts a large kitchen with Granite countertops and all the amenities a chef would need. The Wet bar is situated between the kitchen, family, living and pool table areas making it a central meeting point. This three bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has an oversized master suite with relaxing area, King Bed, New Flat Screen TV with premium channels and DVD, and jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom has its own full bath and large closets.
The guest casita can sleep six making this home perfect for two families to share. The Casita is furnished and decorated in an Ernest Hemingway theme with collectibles from his travels and life, including first edition books and novelties. The guest casita has a mini kitchen, new flat screen with DVD, queen bed, queen sleeper and bunk beds for the children.
The home is walking distance to the public PGA West Public Club House. Take a morning stroll for coffee and pastries, golf, shopping in the golf store or dinner and drinks in the evening at 'Ernies', the club's full service restaurant.
