The custom sectional sofa and occasional chair offer plenty of seating for family and friends to enjoy the mounted flat screen cable TV, a movie on the DVD player or just to enjoy a cozy winter fire. A Damage Waiver Fee of $75 is due at the time of booking; the fee is non-refundable.
Deposit and Damage Waiver are due at time of booking, the balance is payable in full 60 days prior to arrival.
For stays of 28 days or more, the guest will be responsible for the utility usage in excess of the cap of $150 per month. The security deposit amount will be increased to provide for payment of the utilities. At the end of the stay, any funds remaining will be returned subject to the terms for the Rental Agreement.
For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date Tenant will receive all rental monies collected less $50 Accidental Damage Protection fee and a 5% or $100 cancellation fee whichever is the higher on all monies collected. Rental Fees are non-refundable if cancellation is made 60 days or less prior to arrival date.
