This is the perfect place for business travelers coming to the USA for an extended period of time who are bringing their families, or for family gatherings and reunions, with plenty of space and activities to please every age-group!
We have a huge, master bedroom with a king-size bed, sitting area, fire-place, ceiling fan, and balcony overlooking the tropical pool and waterfall. A second bedroom has a king-size, tempurpedic mattress, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed, and the other has a bunk-bed with 2 full-size mattresses, plus a pull-out full-size mattress, sleeping 6 altogether.
We invite you to enjoy our living room with a grand piano, our kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area with seatinf for 10, and game room with pool table, games, and toys for young children, as well as zillions of Legos.
If you are bringing a baby, we have a pac-n-play, high chair, bouncy chair, bumbo seat, and baby swing. we also have coolers, sand toys, and a boogie board if you are planning outings to the beach, world-famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, or Lego Land.
When you see the waterfall cascading into our free-form, glistening pool, you will think you have flown in to Hawaii. :} We have a small orchard, where you can pick your own grapefruit, oranges, or tangerines for breakfast, (if in season) or a few avocados to take with you, (since they take a few weeks to ripen). A trampoline (which is sunken, so you just walk right on to it from the pathway) for the kids to expend all their pent-up energy, an outside kitchen and BBQ area to showcase your culinary talents as you grill chicken, steaks, or veggies, and a swing, where you can relax or read a book are just a few highlights of the patio area. There are lounge chairs for tanning and lots of chairs for visiting.
We have lived in this very quiet and lovely neighborhood for 28 years. Our neighbors are wonderful. We hope and expect that you will be gracious guests and honor the quiet hours posted. :}
We are very close to local colleges, the library, shopping centers, restaurants, and movie theaters. It is a short 25 minute drive to the Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, the City, and many popular beaches!
