We had everything we needed! The house was super clean and neat, as were the bathroom and shower. Having to walk to the bathrooms wasn't an issue at all. The host was very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!

A tranquil, centrally located
We were looking for a place close to my son's home. We found this little inexpensive cabin , centrally located but yet secluded, with lots of vegetation that gave coolness and tranquility. The owner was very friendly , accommodated our needs and answered questions promptly. The shower and bathroom were a short walking distance but we did not mind. We had no problem with the internet and had free Netflix. We very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. The dirt driveway was a little hard to get into due to being off a curved road and hard to see traffic (which is rare on that road) but we didn't mind. Definatelly would stay there again!

Good quiet room

Our area is very serene and quiet. Many animals are around in the neighborhood. Inside the cabin you will feel very peaceful and cozy. We are on the foothills of Mt. Helix, a very great area. For your convenience, there is a Samsung 48" Flat Screen LED Smart TV that includes Dish Network with lots of channels! You can even log into your Netflix account if you want and watch your favorite TV shows and movies.
The cottage has a queen bed and a futon that becomes a bed for the third person. If necessary, we will include a twin mattress in the scenario that your group is four people.
The bathroom and toilet facility is not attached to the cabin. You will have to walk about thirty feet on the pathway through the yard.
For your convenience, we are providing a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven.
Other than the cabin, deck, and the bathroom itself, you will be able to access the patio with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit.
We live next door, so if you have questions or concerns, you can easily let us know.
The cabin has complimentary breakfast. After supplies finish, breakfast is no longer provided.
We can provide airport pickup and drop off with nominal charge for two days stay or more. Airport is only 13 miles from this location and downtown is 11 miles. Pacific Beach is 18 miles. Most beaches are less than 20 miles away.
Famous attractions such as the San Diego Zoo is only 11 miles away. SeaWorld is only 17 miles away. LEGOLAND and San Diego Safari Park are only 35 miles away.
This neighborhood is established and old. Near to the highway but very secluded.
The bus stop and trolley are very close.
Grocery and shopping is 5 minutes away, walkable.
The freeways are nearby and are easy to access.
The freeway straight to Downtown SD is down the street.
We offer our own car service like Uber. Guests will receive special discounts on the ride.
