Our La Jolla beach town house is perfect for families with children and pet owners. Pets Welcome. Located in Beautiful La Jolla The Tiki Townhouse is only 1/2 block from Windansea Beach – an easy 3 minute walk. Windansea Beach is well-known for its surf, as well as its beautiful sunsets. Take a leisurely stroll into the very heart of the village of La Jolla, which offers the finest in restaurants and shopping. Master Bedroom: Upstairs: King size bed with ensuite bathroom. Bathroom has tub/shower, vanity and wc. Magnificent ocean views are seen from the master suite and there is a small balcony attached. Plenty of closet space. Guest Bedroom: Upstairs: Two twin beds with a bathroom just outside the bedroom. Bathroom has walk in shower. Living Area; Queen-size sofa sleeper. An additional blowup bed is available upon request for an additional charge. Flat screen TV is equipped with cable as well as free WIFI throughout the home. Ocean views can be seen from the small balcony which is equipped with a BBQ. There is a half bathroom off the living area. Dining Area: Table with seating for 4 plus 2 additional bar stools at kitchen counter. Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen boasts all new appliances including coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. The Tiki Townhouse is just 1 mile from the Cove in La Jolla, considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in California. Also nearby is the famous Casa Beach (also known as the Children's Pool Beach) where harbor seals and California sea lions sunbathe on the beach year-round! Within walking distance of our La Jolla beach home are Busy Bee Bagels, Su Casa Mexican Restaurant, a convenience store, and many other child friendly restaurants. The Tiki Townhouse is located within the La Jolla school district and is just blocks from La Jolla High where there are state-of-the-art tennis courts and a year-round public swimming pool. Or take part in one of the many annual La Jolla events: La Jolla Gallery and Wine Walk, La Jolla Rough Water Swim, La Jolla Christmas Parade, or the La Jolla Motorcar Classic Getting to our La Jolla beach home is easy. We're just 20 miles from the San Diego International Airport and close to many popular tourist attractions such as the Gaslamp District, Sea World, Legoland, the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and Balboa Park. While you're in the area, consider visiting other Southern California attractions. Disneyland is 1.5 hours away in Orange County or visit Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood in Los Angeles – just a 2 hour drive from La Jolla. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare.
