Great place!
Great place! We had 5 college golf team members, my wife and son for a total 8 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is divided nicely with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on one side and a bedroom and bath on the other side so everyone was comfortable. Kitchen was accommodating and living room relaxing. Pool and hot tub were sufficient and bbq grill worked great. We had one small issue with the A/C but homeowner took care of it right away. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone.

Great getaway with friends
This house was perfect for what we wanted. You should note, it's not in the center of town or anything like that. It's in a very quite, friendly neighborhood that's gated with similar houses. For us, friends who wanted to hang out together by the pool and check out the Living Desert, it was perfect. The pool heated up nicely and the Jacuzzi was very pleasant and warm when we got there. A couple things to note: We couldn't find a colander so if you're making pasta, just remember how to do the trick with the pot's lid and pouring to drain :) We also couldn't get the DVD player to work, but the owner may have fixed it by now. There is also a dog next door, so when you pick up the keys, just note, he'll bark and it's pretty loud because he's right behind you. It kind of made me jump. Other than those minor things, it's a really great property to relax and enjoy with friends at a really great price.

Great place to stay!
I recently stayed at this property for a weekend and loved it. The house was all I expected it to be, very well kept and comfortable. It was roomy and had everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend. The owners were very nice and prompt with answering any questions I had. Upon arriving to the house we found out that one of the thermostats had a low battery and was preventing the air conditioner from turning on. I called to ask about it and the owners were over in 10 minutes replacing the batteries and making sure everything was ok. They were extremely kind and helpful. Overall I was very satisfied with this property and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable
We had ten adults stay from April 14 - 18. On arrival the house was clean and well-kept. The home was everything we needed for a fun weekend in Indio. Everything was in working order and the owners were accommodating, easy to reach, and easy to work with prior to arrival. We lounged in the patio talking it up, listening to music, and playing cards each night, and swam until 11 or so; the neighbors are quiet and we respected that but never felt like we couldn't have fun. Every amenity you would need is a short drive away. I would rent this house again without question.
