This beautiful home is located in the most sought after area in the City of Indio, with the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains as our backdrop. Bella Villa community is a very casual and friendly single family community. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Coachella Valley with the deserts best recreations & special events within a short drive or walk with the Palm Springs International Airport at short distance of 20 miles. This home is completely furnished with all modern amenities and offers a great outdoor living experience.
CASA BELLA is situated close to a ½ acre lot providing maximum privacy and ample space. It features a high ceiling foyer and an open great room with gas fireplace, 9 foot high ceilings (throughout) with an open furniture layout for maximum flow and living. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your dining needs including many countertop appliances. All bedrooms are fully furnished with fine linens and equipped with pillow top mattresses for your comfort and a good night’s sleep. All bathrooms are stocked with amenities and furnished with plush soft towels. Relax and entertain yourself with our wide-screen LED HD TV’s, cable premium sports/movie channels and Blue-Ray DVD players with NETFLIX service. The home also features broadband high-speed wireless internet and free local and domestic long-distance calling.
Our unique outdoor modern living environment is designed for entertaining. Featuring a covered outdoor dining and living area with unique multi-level design. The covered patio features ceiling fans and recessed lighting, serene landscape design, modern patio/pool furniture, pool toys & flotation devices/loungers plus plenty of tanning areas. Home has its own large private saltwater pool and spa that may be heated upon request. Cook your outdoor meals in a fine outdoor gas BBQ with rotating rotisserie, large burners and a bar counter for entertaining and enjoying your fine cooked meals . Take a stroll and pick fresh fruit from our orchard trees or wander along our park like setting and cuddle up with a book in our loungers overseeing the beautiful landscape or warm up in the wood fire pit. Enjoy the clear blue skies and breathtaking views of the fabulous mountains in our grassy field or have a wonderful gathering under the stars.
