EXCUSE US WHILE WE MAKE A FEW UPDATES: This beautiful vacation home offers the very best of luxurious, desert living. The spacious 2,900 square foot home is located in an upscale, highly desirable Indian Wells neighborhood. It will comfortably sleep four guests in beds and an additional two guests on a sofa-bed in the den. This vacation home was recently purchased in April 2017 and the owners are currently busy adding amenities and updates. We will post new pictures when all the improvements have been completed … by the fall of 2017.
When you walk in the front door, the first thing you will see is the gorgeous back patio and sparkling pool, all surrounded by lush landscaping and beautiful patio furnishings. With the east facing patio, guests can enjoy their coffee in the morning sun while watching hummingbirds dart from flower to flower. It is such a restful setting.
Inside there are two main living spaces. The more formal living room has a spectacular stone fireplace and the owners have added a large flat screen TV. The piano has been removed and in its place is a pub table, perfect to use as a card or gaming table. This room also looks out to the pool area and with the high ceilings and windows, is a light, bright space for entertaining.
Off the dining room and kitchen is a cozy den which will also have a new flat screen TV mounted to the wall as well as a DVD player. The sofa folds out to a queen size bed, providing additional sleeping space and there are accordion doors tucked to the side walls that can be closed for privacy.
The kitchen in spacious and well appointed … your family chef will love it … with all the gadgets, cooking and serving supplies you need to prepare a holiday feast or casual meal. A laundry room with outdoor poolside access, as well as a guest bathroom with shower, are located just beyond the kitchen, handy for wet pool towels and showering off after a swim.
The sunny dining room off the kitchen seats six and also overlooks the pool area.
This vacation home has two spacious master suites with private baths. Both suites are furnished with king beds, luxurious bedding, lots of closet and dresser space and flat screen TVs. One suite has a king size adjustable bed with separate controls for each side. The second suite has a king size Sleep-Number bed, also with dual controls.
Just off the east master suite is a full office with desk and storage. A perfect space to set up your laptop or write the next best-selling novel. Since this is such a wonderful room, and probably has the best view in the home (you can see the Eisenhower Mountain range), the owners plan to add a comfortable chair (easy chair or chair and ottoman), creating a great spot for reading and enjoying the view. This just might become your favorite room in the house.
There are sliding glass doors everywhere and on our perfect desert days, guests will enjoy throwing open all the windows and door and letting in the fresh air and sunshine.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, free U.S. and Canada calling, gas BBQ and two car garage. The yard, pool and spa are professional maintained. The city of Indian Wells is no longer issuing short term licenses, so rentals must be a minimum of one month … but once you’re here, you won’t want to leave!

For stays of 28 days or more, the guest will be responsible for the utility usage in excess of the cap of $200 per month. The security deposit amount will be increased to provide for payment of the utilities. At the end of the stay, any funds remaining will be returned subject to the terms for the Rental Agreement.
A Damage Waiver Fee of $75 is due at the time of booking; the fee is non-refundable.
For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date Tenant will receive all rental monies collected less $50 Accidental Damage Protection fee and a 5% or $100 cancellation fee whichever is the higher on all monies collected. Rental Fees are non-refundable if cancellation is made 60 days or less prior to arrival date. Vacation Rentals of the Desert offers vacation protection insurance through TravelGuard at a cost of 7.00% of the Rental Rate.
