Our home is located a block and a half to the water and 2 blocks from the Hermosa Beach Pier. Convenient access to restaurants, bars, shopping, and nightlife. Enjoy beach volleyball, sunbathing, swimming, and seasonal concerts and festivals.
Paradise on Palm is a classic early 1900's craftsman style home which has been upgraded and decorated 'beach chic'. Features include a large living room with plenty of light, and an electric fire place to keep you warm on cold nights. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a multi level home. The large master bedroom is downstairs and features marble floors, and an updated full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with French doors opening to an outdoor patio. Large upstairs bathroom features relaxing Jacuzzi tub and stone tile. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and comes stocked with essentials such as plates, glasses, cookware, juicer and a coffee maker! There is an intimate outdoor dining space with a wood burning fire place, as well as an upper deck with views of the ocean, Hermosa Beach pier, Palos Verdes, and on a clear day Catalina!
