Upstairs is gourmet kitchen and living area with gorgeous hardwood floors and dining table, one master and one guest bedroom and two bathrooms. Downstairs is 2nd master bedroom and rec room.
A deck runs off the upstairs and downstairs area, offering outdoor dining and barbecue. TV's in both living room and rec room and wireless internet throughout.
Guest cottage is a studio with hardwood floors, kitchenette, deck with outdoor seating, and full bath with glass shower.
A landscaped outdoor area surrounding main house, cottage and pool, complete with lounges and two tables for seating.

DEPOSITS
Upon making your reservation, we ask for 1/2 of the total immediately, and make the charge to your credit card.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time we will automatically charge the balance due to the credit card on file.
If you'd like to pay by personal check, the balance must be paid not later than 30 days prior to arrival.
There is a security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival by check, cashier's check, money order or cash, and the amount varies per property. This deposit is refundable within 30 days of your departure. If your security deposit has not been paid 30 days prior to arrival, it must be paid with certified funds or cash upon arrival.
MINIMUMS
2 night minimum from 11/1 - 11/20, 12/1 - 12/20 and 1/3 - 3/31
3 night minimum 4/1 - 10/31 and all holiday periods.
The properties with swimming pools and on the Russian River are the exception, which typically rent for 7 nights minimum from 6/1 - Labor Day.
After Memorial Weekend (last Monday in May) many of the pool and Russian River properties will release this requirement and go to a 3-5 night minimum.
Exceptions are given for reservations on available properties for less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, which are a 2 night minimum
CANCELLATION: 60 days or more prior to arrival, a full cancellation is given to guest, less a $30 cancellation fee.
59 days to 22 days prior to arrival, the 1/2 deposit is forfeited unless property can be rebooked for same dates.
21 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is forfeited unless property can be rebooked for same dates.
