This is the best destination in Healdsburg for extended families attending weddings, on summer or spring vacations, or for groups of adults on holiday to cycle or taste wines. Designed as a family compound on a gated estate by the shore of the Russian River, it offers unmatched privacy along with a hot tub, fire pit, bocce ball court, horse shoe pit, basketball hoop, fully equipped exercise room, and seasonal use of an in-ground pool and lawn for badminton/volleyball. The compound consists of 3 homes and over 5300 square feet, 8 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, and accommodates 12+. Pick any combination of 5+ bedrooms to make yourselves comfortable. Each has its own bathroom. The estate is one of the oldest and most elegant in Healdsburg, located 1.83 miles or 5 min. from Healsburg Plaza. Minimum age to reserve is 33. Permit ZPE12-0027
Main house is 3BR/4BA including master with king bed, and two guest bedrooms with queen beds, full gourmet kitchen with island, dining area, full patio with plenty of al fresco dining available, formal inside dining and formal living room.
"The Coop" is a 2BR/2BA with queen beds in each, kitchenette and small living area.
"The Oak Tree House" is a 3BR/3BA with full kitchen nd living room.
Guests have choice of any five bedrooms + sleeper.
Fountains, gardens, and hot tub adorn the property, paved driveway and beautiful decking for views of the Russian River.

Cheese samplings are many, in Healdsburg try Big John's Market and Oliver's Market in Windsor, not to mention many small gourmet shops.
Rolling hills offer hiking and views - two of our favorites are Lake Sonoma and Healdsburg Riverfront Park.

Canoes and kayaks to explore the Russian River with River's Edge in Healdsburg.
Scenic drives include Alexander Valley/Hwy 128, winding through vineyards and wineries, the Russian River, and on to Calistoga/Napa/St. Helena as well as Hwy 128 West through Anderson Valley, a gorgeous route through the Redwoods ending at the Mendocino Coast.
Movie theaters, live performances, summer concerts, symphony, star studded performances at Luther Burbank Center for the Arts, and so much more.
