This beautiful property is very private on a half acre and next to 2 vacant lots, with amazing Pine views and a quaint seasonal creek.
This 1900+ sq. ft cabin has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living & family room on different levels and is located in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. It has King in Master, Queen and Full in room #2, Full couch sleeper in family room, and bunk beds in room #3. WIFI Access, Smart TV's on both levels, Kitchenette in downstairs with mini fridge and game table, and two AMAZING decks with a View of the Pines.
It is approximately 26 miles to Yosemite, and 15 miles to Rainbow Pools. PML's amenities: 18 hole golf course, hiking & biking trails, fishing, archery & gun range, horse stables, boat rentals, swimming pool, private lake, (2) playgrounds, tennis courts, and its historic downtown. It also has a variety of great places to eat downtown, or at the Grill at Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course.
Linens and Towels provided.
Community uses special trash bags (Moore Bags). First one is on us, each additional is $6.75. The bags are XL and can fit 2 standard bags.
Guests will be charged $25 per car at gate for community amenity use (Lake, Pool, Golf, Marina, Tennis courts, and much more)
