We rented this house for our wedding weekend and had family and friends join us for brunch the day after - it was perfect for entertaining our guests. People really enjoyed the upstairs deck and pool areas, and there was plenty of space in the living/dining room and kitchen areas to keep everyone comfortable. It can get a bit hot downstairs at night if you're coming in the summer months, but they have plenty of fans. Also, Cheryl and Laura were a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking/ check-in process and you'll be in good hands with them!

Great House for Entertaining!
We hosted a college reunion trip with 12 women and we had the best time in this house! Its the perfect set up to comfortably be together and enjoy each other's company in a beautiful setting with the pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend this house for large groups!

Great house for entertaining in El Segundo!
We had a total of 11 guests (10 adults and 1 child) and loved the house! It was perfect for our group since one of the families used the upstairs master suite that had the four beds (husband/wife and 2 teenage children). We used the kitchen a lot, and there were plenty of plates, glassware, cutlery, etc... and space to spread out and cook. It was too cold to use the pool, but we did manage to use the outdoor seating area which was very nice. It's important to note that in order to access the bedrooms downstairs, you have to go through one of the bedrooms on the main level, which has a spiral staircase or you have to go outside onto the back porch to walk downstairs to enter into the 2 bedrooms below. Since we had family using those downstairs rooms, they had to "announce" each time they were coming up the spiral staircase to make sure no one in that room was getting changed or coming out of the shower. Not a big deal but just wanted to point that out. There are plenty of towels, blankets, etc.. in the house as well and lots of cabinet/counter top space. The response time from everyone was amazing, and I can't thank them all for their help during our stay. We did comment to the property owner that foam toppers for the beds, mattress covers, and blackout shades in the rooms would be helpful, and she had commented that she would work with her property managers to get that added for future rentals. Thank you for a great trip!
